design, we can bring your rooms to life with a practical yet highly attractive finish using tiles from our extensive ranges.

Hillsborough Detached Bungalow

This detached bungalow has had a full makeover. Our customer wanted to achieve a more modern feel to their property and in doing so came to us with this objective in mind. They decided upon a contemporary grey coloured floor tile to run through the kitchen into the living areas, an 800 x 800 tile with rectified edges created a wide open and modern space. We suggested adding a feature of flattened pebbles shown through the surface of the tiles which formed a quirky feature to this floor, also a new concept in tiling.

Advising our customer to continue with the same tile through into the hallway has given a natural flow to his floor finishes and also the option at a later stage if desired to

use this tile to the exterior patio area of his home as it is suitable for both internal and external use.

The main bathroom was turned into a wet room using a natural stone effect tile in warm cream tones, this coupled with the main floor tile created the classic, timeless effect they were looking for and contrasts and complements the hall tile already outlined. We were delighted to have yet another satisfied customer.

Ashfield Hall, Bangor

This is a house built by Boland Reilly Homes and is part of a large development of stunning, well proportioned houses at Ashfield Hall in Bangor. The houses are modern and bright, beautifully finished by this very well established building company.

The purchaser of this particular home came to our showroom to choose their tiles as we are the designated tile supplier for this development. They were thrilled with the range they had to choose from, “too much choice” was quoted at one point! We worked together on each room, talking about colours and styles which would be to the purchasers liking and put together a scheme. The kitchen/dining area opened out to a

sunroom, the tiles chosen were an imitation slate which brought character and life to the natural tones of the units and walls. The customer had wanted to add a few quirky features to the bathrooms whereby they asked the builder to create recesses in the showers to set accessories on, so we chose beautiful mosaics which worked perfectly against the large format, rectified base tiles.

Having spoken to this customer as part of our after sales service, she has told us that she is delighted with the finished project, and says that her friends and family are in awe of her new home.
